Governor Reappoints Scherzer

Andy M. Scherzer of Balzer and Associates, Inc. was reappointed to the Board of Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Certified Interior Designers and Landscape Architects, within the Commerce and Trade Department by Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe. Mr. Scherzer is employed in the Richmond office and serves as Executive Vice President of Balzer and Associates, Inc.
