For this Design-Build project, Balzer and Associates provided conceptual design, architectural design, and structural engineering services for the church-based community center in Franklin County, Virginia. CrossPointe Church includes a full-size gymnasium, classrooms, indoor playground, and meeting spaces. The dual-purpose sanctuary features a performance stage for services and shows and includes audiovisuals, projector, and screen. Balzer and Associates delivered a modern and practical design that services the congregation and community alike.
