Bill Talley Ford

Bill Talley Ford approached Balzer and Associates for both site and building design of a 38,800 square foot sales and service facility on a 10.88 acre site with display capacity for over 240 cars, plus secure repair and customer parking. We worked with the client to accommodate the selected building site as well as minimize construction costs while preserving the required elements of the Ford brand. The signature architectural feature of the new facility is a 32 foot tall curved “brand wall” clad in aluminum composite panels. The facility includes indoor and outdoor display areas, extensive office and meeting spaces, a 16 bay service department, a drive-thru service drop-off, dual wash bays, and a full service Quick Lane center with 6 additional service bays.
