The Parish of Holy Spirit Catholic Church commissioned Balzer and Associates, Inc. to prepare a master planning site study and design for their Phase I multi-purpose building. The Master Plan program included a 450 seat worship center, narthex, administrative offices, lower level classrooms, fellowship hall, bell tower and support facilities.
