Golf Community Custom Home

Located in the Ballyhack golfing community, this custom two-story brick home was thoughtfully designed to provide an open-concept home suited for comfortable living and entertaining. The main floor opens with an impressive two-story entryway that flows into a multifunctional space including: a dining room, large U-shaped kitchen, and a two-story living room. The ground floor rooms nearly all open onto the two-story covered screened porch or back patios. In addition to the porches, there is an outdoor kitchen and extensive outdoor entertaining areas. Many layout and design choices were made to ensure the home would be easily wheelchair accessible. The spacious master suite includes a large master bath and private laundry room. The upper level includes two guest rooms, two full baths, two offices, and a large open “loft” area with balcony open to the entryway and living room below.  The house also includes a three-car garage with a finished space over the garage that serves as a home gym and overflow guest room.

Balzer and Associates provided architecture, civil engineering, and structural engineering services for the project. Design was in collaboration with Baron Enterprises. Construction was completed in 2021. Approximately 6,400 SF
