Starbucks Coming to Chesterfield County Shopping Center

Richmond, VA. (February 24, 2020) – We’re excited to be working alongside client and developer, Frontier Companies, to provide civil engineering services for their new Starbucks in Chesterfield County.  The project will include the new construction of a 2,500 square foot freestanding Starbucks at Rockwood Square Shopping Center, following the demolition of an existing building and former Pizza Hut.  The 1.3-acre site and will include the one-story coffee shop, outdoor patio, drive-thru lane, and parking for 70 vehicles.
