New Soccer Complex Coming to Basic Park in Waynesboro, Virginia

WAYNESBORO, Va. (July 8, 2019) – Balzer & Associates is excited to be working alongside the City of Waynesboro and the Soccer Organization Charlottesville Area (SOCA) to redevelop Basic Park in Waynesboro, Virginia, into a multi-field soccer complex.

In addition to creating a comprehensive master plan, Balzer & Associates will provide surveying and civil engineering services for this project.  The final redevelopment is expected to yield five to six new athletic fields, irrigation systems, lighting, South River access, additional activity recreation areas, and walking trails.
