Industrial Shell Building in the Botetourt Center at Greenfield

In early 2014 The Balzer & Associates team started schematics for a new type of project with the Roanoke Regional Development Foundation. Two and a half years later the team is poised to begin construction for the Industrial Shell Building in the Botetourt Center at Greenfield. The new 100,000 square foot facility has been designed to maximize flexibility for the future owner. With long-span column spacing, a future owner is free to arrange their equipment and process plans in a manner to suit them the best. The site was designed to accommodate several circulation paths around the building, and room for growth. Construction will be beginning soon, and marketing has begun already.
